Throughout his tenure, Kunle has demonstrated exceptional leadership, influencing team performance through his expertise, enthusiasm, and strategic vision. His commitment to operational excellence continues to drive Nosak Farm Produce Limited’s success within Nigeria’s agricultural sector. 

Kunle Babalola is the Managing Director of Nosak Farm Produce Limited, a subsidiary of Nosak Group, with specialization in the refining and fractionation of edible oil from Crude Palm Olein (CPO). With over two decades of experience in the energy and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors, he brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his role.  

Education and Professional Affiliations 

Kunle holds a Higher National Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from The Polytechnic Ibadan and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Federal University of Technology, Akure. He is a member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) and the Institute of Strategic Entrepreneurs of Nigeria (ISEE).  

Career Trajectory 

He began his career in 1996 as a Trainee Engineer at the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) at the Jebba Dam. In 1997, he joined Cadbury Nigeria Plc as a Management Trainee, where he spent approximately 19 years across various manufacturing and supply chain functions. Notably, in December 2010, he led the team that installed and commissioned Nigeria’s first HV Royce Rolls gas generating set, resulting in significant energy cost savings and earning multiple merit awards. 
 In 2016, Kunle joined Nosak Farm Produce Limited as Head of Operations. His contributions were pivotal in the subsidiary’s growth, leading to his appointment as Managing Director in 2020. In this role, he oversees daily operations, identifies growth opportunities, develops and implements strategies, and aims to enhance the subsidiary’s revenue base.
